Cycling or running?
Trying to get back into shape before I take up Muay Thai and have come across a slight problem. I hate running. I fucking hate running. I FUCKING HATE FUCKING RUNNING! So I'm wondering if cycling would work just as well. At least on a bike I feel like I'm accomplishing something. Plus it's probably a better leg workout anyway. Or is it?
