That happened to my knee from a kneebar. Its not the the knee itself that was injured but the ligaments/tendons that connect the hamstring and calf muscle. It happened a few months ago and I've been staying away (unfortunately) from leg exercises and BJJ class until it heals completely. I don't want a recurring injury. I ice it like a motherfucker and take some ibuprofen. Its been feeling good lately and hopefully I'll be able to start going to class again in a week or two.
