From personal experience...
I would recomend just a high grade creatine powder. The only negative to creatine that I have ever experienced is a brief loss of defenition during the off part of my cycling. I work with a guy who does the cop olympics every year for power lifting and he told me if you want to gain mass after every work out eat red meat or have a protien shake within 30 minutes of finishing your work out.
